Warranty - Your Guarantee of Satisfaction

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Technotunes MP3 Watch. Your MP3 Watch has a One Year Limited Warranty from the date you receive it through Technotunes Inc. This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to function in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. No warranty or liability exists for loss of any data or for software, or for damage to hardware caused during or after installation of the product. No warranty or guarantee of any kind shall exist for repair, replacement or refund of any item damaged directly or indirectly as a result of installation or use of the product. Acceptance of this product constitutes purchaser's agreement that Technotunes' sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair or replacement of the product or refund of the full original purchase price at Technotunes' option. Under no circumstances whatsoever will more than the full original purchase price be deemed payable. No warranty exists for damage or destruction of a willful nature, caused deliberately by any person or arising from use of the product for anything other than its intended use by the manufacturer and/or distributor. No warranty will be honored if watch has water damage. No warranty exists for repairs of any damages caused by natural disasters or acts of God, including electrical surges or static electricity emissions. Repairs will be charged if defective is due to incorrect use. No warranty exists for damages resulting from modifications made to the product by any unauthorized person.
